Session 1: This session will present a discussion regarding the function and practice of the chiropractic primary care physician, problems and solutions facing chiropractic, an overview of review of systems, physical examination and interpretation, a review of the cardiovascular system and proper procedures and techniques to work up a cardiovascular patient as well as proper nutritional management, and functional interpretation of blood analysis for specific conditions.

Session 2: This session presents proper history taking, Review of Systems, Headaches and the differentiation between each specific type of headache, an overview of specific conditions, detailed narrative report writing, and an overview of the 4 basic food groups.
Session 3: This session presents a detailed discussion of proper physical examination techniques for each system and area of the body and interpretation of the findings.

Session 4: This session presents a detailed discussion on the proper technique and protocol regarding the examination of the male and female pelvis as well as the interpretation of findings. This session also provides a detailed discussion of the conditions affecting the male and female pelvis including specific signs and symptoms, appropriate diagnostic testing and interpretation, and natural management and monitoring of specific conditions.

Session 5: Consists of a one day lecture/hands on workshop covering the examination of male and female pelvis and female breast. Common examination procedures are lectured and demonstrated followed by  hands on practice in which the student doctor will perform each examination on a teaching instructor. The completion of this session is manditory in order to be eligible to sit for the DABCI examination.

Session 6: This session presents a detailed discussion on reading, understanding, and interpretation of all components of the multi-channel blood chemistries panels, thyroid panel, and complete blood count and differential as well as nutritional analysis.

Session 7: This session presents a review discussion on reading, understanding, and interpretation of all components of the multi-channel blood chemistries panels, thyroid panel, and complete blood count and differential as well as nutritional analysis. This session also presents a detailed discussion on the reading, understanding and interpretation of special blood chemistries and tumor markers ordered in the clinical setting.

Session 8: This session presents a continuation of the review on multi-channel blood chemistries panels, thyroid panel, and complete blood count and differential as well as special blood chemistries and tumor markers. This session will provide a workshop over these topics.

Session 9: This session presents a detailed discussion on cardiovascular and arteriosclerotic peripheral diseases including a discussion on the circulatory system, atherosclerotic lesions, specific signs and symptoms, appropriate diagnostic testing and interpretation, and natural management and monitoring of specific conditions.

Session 10: This session presents a detailed discussion on understanding on the use and interpretation cardiovascular diagnostic tests in the clinical setting.

Session 11: This session presents a detailed discussion on botanicals including the pharmacodynamics of their active constituents, their benefits, and monographs of specific herbs.

Session 12: This session presents a detailed discussion on chronic degenerative diseases including specific signs and symptoms, appropriate diagnostic testing and interpretation, and natural management and monitoring of specific conditions.

Session 13: This session presents a detailed discussion on the pediatric patient including specific conditions specific signs and symptoms, appropriate diagnostic testing and interpretation, and natural management and monitoring of specific conditions seen in pediatric patients.

Session 14: This session presents a detailed discussion on pulmonary function, diseases of the lung including specific signs and symptoms, appropriate diagnostic testing and interpretation, and natural management and monitoring of specific conditions as well as a detailed discussion on spirometry.

Session 15: This session presents a detailed discussion on the geriatric patient including common conditions seen in the geriatric population including specific signs and symptoms, appropriate diagnostic testing and interpretation, and natural management and monitoring of specific conditions.

Session 16: This session presents a detailed discussion on toxic heavy metal and mineral elements as well as diagnostic testing and interpretation through hair and urine analysis. Toxic element chelation is discussed. This session also presents a detailed discussion on urinary disorders including specific signs and symptoms, appropriate diagnostic testing and interpretation, and natural management and monitoring of specific conditions.

Session 17: This session presents a detailed discussion on allergies, ecological problems, and nutrient rejection including an overview of the immune system as well as a detailed discussion of food, chemical and environmental allergens and associated testing.

Session 18: This session presents a continued detailed discussion on allergies and the immune response.

Session 19: This session presents a detailed discussion on common diseases affecting the arterial system including an understanding of specific signs and symptoms, appropriate diagnostic testing and interpretation as well as the natural management and monitoring of specific conditions.

Session 20: This session presents a detailed discussion on Doppler/plethysmograph examinations for peripheral vascular disease including physical signs and history indicating the justification for Doppler ultrasound, plethysmography, and cerebrovascular studies.

Session 21: This session presents a detailed workshop on Doppler/plethysmograph examinations.

Session 22: This session presents a detailed discussion on neoplastic diseases including specific signs and symptoms, appropriate diagnostic testing and interpretation, and natural management and monitoring of specific conditions.

Session 23: This session presents a detailed discussion on malignant diseases and AIDS, their management and treatment protocols.

Session 24: This session presents a detailed discussion on upper gastrointestinal disorders including specific signs and symptoms, appropriate diagnostic testing and interpretation, and natural management and monitoring of specific conditions.

Session 26: This session presents a detailed overview on the appropriate technique of recording, documenting and dictating the daily chart notes, physical examination, and patient management as well as practice management strategies in incorporating chiropractic primary care in the chiropractic office.
